We want you to be completely satisfied with your Adrianna Papell purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging, ensure all tags are intact, and drop off the parcel at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
